We’ve developed a methodology over the past 10 years that will make the process transparent, more efficient and less risk.
Do you have a brilliant business idea and are unsure of where to start or even what questions you need to ask to get it built?
Our starting point is a workshop where we will ask you in depth questions about your business:
• What problem are you trying to solve?
• Who are your key stakeholders?
• Why will they engage with your business?
This will enable us to present you with an outline of what you need to think about before starting to build any tech and we’ve found this this is a great way for you to decide whether it is worth pursuing your idea.
The next stage of our process is a deep dive requirements workshop where we ask you to go through the different business processes your MVP will need to support. We do this in order to understand the breadth of what needs to be built and the technologies to use.
This process will be iterative, we will have several workshops as the processes are refined and at the end of the process you will have a requirements document that outlines what will need to be built, who it will support and how it will be architected.
We will also provide you with wireframes so you will be able to visualize the system and see how it flows.
Once we have the brief agreed we will provide you with esti- mates on costs and timelines for not just the build but also the costs of operating the platform in the short term as well as any additional licensing or security testing required.
During our build process you will be involved in regular meet- ings to set priorities and review progress and when the time comes for handover we will provide you with the training and guidance needed to effectively test what we will deliver.
Once the business is launched, we will maintain a team to help support you as we know that it is not always the case that the market wants what you have served them. Our team will be able to respond quickly changes in the market and we will ensure that the technology evolves and adapts to changes within your business offering.

Once you have tested and proven the business (or even before) you will naturally want to raise finance to enable you to grow. We have experience in writing and reviewing pitch decks from a technology perspective and so we can provide you with insights into what we have seen investors look for and if we have built your platform we can act as your tech partner or CTO to reassure investors that any money spent on technology is spent wisely
